Our services
Apex Marbella provides web design, booking and automation systems, and AI lead generation services to businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are agreed upon separately in writing before work begins.
Payments
Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis. Unless otherwise specified in writing, a deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final site is made live.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final website and all associated design assets. Apex Marbella retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content required for the project. Delays caused by the client may affect the agreed timeline.
Limitation of liability
Apex Marbella is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
